Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the water, BUT not before the dishwasher is finished.
Pull down the blenders and close the curtains ( in the livingroom) this keeps the heat inside.
Make sure the window in the bathroom is closed, the toalett can freeze.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
