Stayed 4 nights to visit Zion park. Positives:-Everything is brand new-Very clean-Awesome pool/lazy river nearby-Comfy beds-Good AC-Enjoyed the board games and video gamesDidnt like:-All communication is through generic emails from a company, cant talk to any real people or get real answers to questions-Registration process was not good, got emails from their company that we needed to pay additional fees, and go through fraud verifications immediately after we made our reservation through VRBO. -Bed sheets are horrible, so scratchy we slept on top of the blankets. -No cooking supplies other than pans/utensils, would be nice to have some oil, seasonings, basic stuff. -3rd floor, with no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb

We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience fell short. Our booking and verification emails are required by Vrbo and our property management system for guest security, but we understand it can feel impersonal and will look for ways to make that process clearer and more personal in the future. Regarding the sheets, we use high-quality linens that are standardized across all our properties to ensure consistency and easy replacement, but we’ll recheck this unit to make sure nothing feels rough or worn. We also appreciate your note about cooking supplies. We intentionally keep items like oil and seasonings out for safety and cleanliness reasons but will review whether we can better communicate that in our listing.
