Our House is situated in KAPANA- right in the center of Plovdiv. A late 19-th century neighborhood, it used to house worksmiths both from the practical and fine side of art. Residence Art Guest house has been established since 1911 and has renovated. With newly retro refurbished rooms and decor, we can ensure that you will have a comfortable, pleasant stay.
The house is situated on the second, third and forth floor+one floor rooftop terrace
No other Common space different from description+photos-common are Rooftop terrace and kitchen.
All 4 rooms are situated on three floors + one more extra floor on the Top Roof Terrace; 3 WC-BATH;Kitchen;2 Balconys;Terrace on the Roof-sunbeds,chairs and tables for your relax
NO Elevator,NO Baby bed,No shoes in house,NO SMOKING in hous
Second floor: one quadruple room 12 sq.m.-one bed 135/200 and two single beds 70/200;
Third floor: one quadruple room 18 sq.m. one double bed 145/200 and two single beds 70/200 + balcony;
Forth floor: two rooms- one room 10 sq.m. with one double bed 140/200 and second room 14 sq.m. with one double bed 160/200 + balcony
After that, you can enjoy to VIEW from the TOP ROOF TERRACE
