Decorated in sea salt greens with island flair, it offers luxurious comfort and ample seating. Features include a wine cooler, refrigerator with hot/cold taps, and a Keurig maker. With comfy beds, each bedroom has their own en suite bathroom, and a TV in each bedroom, we inviite you to stay at Condo 505.
Not every condo has a boat slip! Topsider 505 has BOTH a 12"x32" boat slip and two jet ski lifts. This Topsider Condo boasts of having a 12'x32' boat slip and 2 jet ski lifts. Centrally located near the Grand Glaize Bridge, it’s perfect for lakefront relaxation and fun. Each Topsider Condo is 3 bedroom and 3 bath, 1600+ sq feet, but it is the insides and quality of furnishings which make each condo unit stand out. Enjoy the amenities of Topsider Condos where the two resort pools are open from Memorial Day thru end of September.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We suggest to wash a load of towels the night before and put into the dryer. Please start another load of towels when you leave.
Leave beds unmade, so we know which beds were slept in, and we will change.
Set the AC to 75, or the heat to 65, when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
