Great house. Very roomy and obviously it has been recently renovated. Be advised they have cats (we didn’t mind as we also have cats). Their tenant shares a wall with the master bathroom so we could hear them when we were in that bathroom. Otherwise the tenant wasn’t an issue for us. Very responsive owner and very clean.

Mike was very good at communicating yet should have disclosed a few things, they have cats, a tenant that lives right behind the home and his home is nice yet still being renovated like 90-95% done.We also brought several concerns to his attention regarding the cleanliness and some suggestions on improvements. All issues have been addressed by Mike and resolved
