The master bedroom has King bed with a 42 inch Flat Screen TV with suite on bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk in closet, King Bed in 2nd Bed Room with twin trundle bed, 3rd bed room has queen pillow top pull-out couch with wall mounted Flat Screen TV, desk, and printer (no closet). Washer and Dryer. Beach Chairs, umbrellas, and misc. beach items. Screened in porch looking over new heated pool and Ocean. Lots of bath AND beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING YOU NEED. All windows and sliding doors have plantation shutters. Flat screen TV's in every room. Wireless internet, cable, Roku, HBO, STARZ, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney plus. Beautiful wide open view of beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. Small grocery store and bike rental across the street. Great shopping 5 miles away in Sarasota.

Longboat 2023

Greg was a great host - always available to answer a question, although we had very few to ask. Well supplied condo, fantastic view. Spent 10 weeks there and felt like we were at home. Would gladly stay again - highly recommend!!

Beautiful Longboat Condo!

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was very clean, well supplied (many beach chairs, towels, linens etc) we spent hours on the balcony-coffee in the morning, sunset watching at night! The balcony is beautiful with orchids and gorgeous plants. It is obvious that the owners love their home and so did we! Bathrooms were gorgeous & we loved the walk in closet. My husband was happy he didn’t have to share bathroom space with messy me! ( two separate vanity areas in the master. We we definitely rent this condo again without hesitation!

Can't wait to come back

We loved, loved our time in longboat key. The condo complex was small and had very few guest-which we loved. It was quiet and peaceful as well as very clean. The beach was in a great spot and wasn't crowded at all but very quiet as well. Longboat key itself is very quiet and peaceful-but close enough to nightlife and activities. The condo was updated and not old fashion as most beach condos are. They were very intentional to make it feel like a "home" and not like a hotel. They had everything you would need for the beach and pool. You don't need to bring anything. Enough towels and extra sheets. I love its location to the beach. It's got a great view from the porch. Here are a few things that weren't perfect -mattress wasn't the most comfy for me -could use a few more/new pots -the sofa in the office was stained and needed to be cleaned But really it was a great location and a great condo. The owners were so easy to work with and communicate with. Will hope to come again.

Very nice, albeit overpriced.

The property itself was very nice, well situated, relatively well equipped, and the owner was flexible in accommodating our dynamic schedule. The pool was wonderful. The bed in the main was exceptionally worn and so uncomfortable that we were unable to sleep in that room. The owner was unresponsive to a garbage disposal issue that was clearly evident (that we identified early on with the owner), until it ultimately failed leaving us without a kitchen sink for ~ 1 day and was then asked to be present to facilitate the repairs with the vendor. The property was nice, but did not align with the rather steep nightly rate of $700+

Greg was awesome he was a txt away! This place is beautiful and very well decorated…the kitchen is fully stocked and they even have beach chairs and umbrellas to use…I highly recommend this place it is very peaceful and relaxing!

Spectacular Condo with Beachfront and Oceanview

First let me give kudos the Greg the property owner. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has set up the property with a home maintenance plan so any issues you simply call an 800 number and someone shows up very professional and competent and solves your problem. Second, I've stayed here a couple of times and every time I come, the owner has upgraded something. This year was a new futon bed in the sitting room and a completely renovated guest bathroom. Amazing, other units in this Cedars West complex have gone literally decades without update so to have someone who cares about their property is a real gem. Finally location location location. Being north mid on the island is perfect. Its relatively low traffic with all the shopping and high-rises at the south end of the island. The beach can't be more than 200 steps out your front door and if you are so inclined you can sit on the gorgeous patio and watch sunset from there. It is truly a beautiful home and I feel lucky to have been able to use it for my stay.

Haven‘t been for years in Cedars West , but not disappointed! The property is well maintained as I remember and area hasn’t changed either! The apartment is colorful and the views fantastic ! Perfect sunset views. Bed comfy. Needs a bit more updating but owner has it planned and a better cleaning crew. Had to do some self cleaning first! The second bathroom new and very nice, but also had to clean a bit before. All in all great place and the owner always answered quickly! Will definitely be back to Cedars West!

Love Longboat Key

Nice property and lacked nothing. Fully equipped! Location to St Armand’s restaurants and shopping was great. Been years since I was there. Great restaurants in Longboat Key as well. Nice time had by all !

Loved it!

Greg was easy to deal with and prompt at coming back to us. The condo was fantastic with everything we needed. The beds are soooo comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning. Cedars west is a fab place to stay. So peaceful but with lots of friendly people to chat too at the pool. We hope to stay here again. Thanks for an amazing trip Greg.

Longboat Key Condo on the Gulf

The condo was great! Very spacious with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico, pool and evening sunsets. The condo complex was well maintained and pool and access to the beach was very convenient. Condo was well furnished and comfortable.
