This fabulous property features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and a queen bed upstairs where the bathroom is also located. With AC and heating, guests can stay comfortable year-round. A place to call home while you're on vacation or at work. Enjoy the side deck for morning coffee and the shared field for a game of croquet, grilling or an evening campfire and star gazing.
Enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains by exploring the local apple/berry orchards, wineries, breweries, or many outdoor sports of hiking, cyclying, tubing/kayaking the water ways or zip lining through the tree tops. One for the bucket list is Sliding Rock in the Pisgah Forest. Rent a bike and check out our new Eucusta trail starting at the visitor center. Point Lookout Vineyard is 3 miles away and other wineries with in ten minutes.
Plenty of shopping and eating establishments in Hendersonville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock or Asheville, Brevard, Saluda and Tryon. Check out the Biltmore Estate, Tryon Equestrian Center or Flat Rock Playhouse.

I like being a host because I like to meet people and want to see people enjoying the area I have come to love. I like to hear live music that local wineries and breweries offer. I like to hike local trails and drive roads I have never been on and see the views from various roadways the Blue Ridge Parkway being one.

Why they chose this property

I have some history with this neighborhood. My grandparents developed McMillan Hidden Valley in 1969 and this upper section is a part of that area. They built the bones of the house and then purchasers finished out the house. This A-Frame I offer for rent is one such house. This section is quiet and has various mountain views at different times of the year.

What makes this property unique

My property is an A-Frame style and is open concept. Great place to sit on the deck watch the sun rise and plan your day or sit after your adventures and stay gaze.
I offer a full kitchen incase you want to cook.
