Prime location, unique newly renovated flat in a historic art deco building, one of the few left in Skopje. Brand new interior. Filled with art - photographs, mosaic works on stairs and bathroom. Cozy and perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Right off of the main pedestrian Macedonia Street - steps from all major Skopje sights and nightlife. There are numerous cafes right next door, so you are right next to breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Flat was recently renovated, everything is almost new. We have preserved some of the original features, though, such as original windows, exposed brick wall, staircase railing. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Can comfortably house 2 people.

The whole apartment is at your disposal - cozy living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dirty dishes
Turn off heaters and AC!
Lock the front door with the lockbox key. Then lock the key in the lockbox and scramble the combination. Close the lockbox door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- All guests must be registered and approved by owner. Please submit a list of guests - names, ages, IDs are required by law. Send ID before arrival
- Breaking rules is cause for cancellation /eviction - Price doesn’t include tourist tax of 40 MKD a night/adult. Prepare to pay in cash at arrival.
No parties, loud noise, disturbing neighbors, animals, smoking, illegal substances/activities, crypto mining, or EV charging. Quiet hours:10PM - 8 AM.
