This kitchen-studio unit in a small (bohemian) motel community prominently features a large bedroom/living area and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen received an update with accents walls, new granite counter with a 9"-deep stainless steel sink, an upgraded 5-burner stove/oven, European-style bell hood, refrigerator, huge pantry with new birch-wood shelves, cabinets and a refinished dining table. Living room/bedroom has AC/Heater. Bathroom has a new wood-look tile floor, shower/tub with porcelain handles, new faucet, and a new toilet. Furniture can be optionally provided.

This well cared for unit comes with it's own carport and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people. These are units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel ). NO PETS.
