Newly renovated, parking or transportation no problem. Walking distance to New Orleans Saints, Pelicans, and Babycakes complexes; Performing Arts Center, nice walking track, LaSalle Park with nature walk. Near shopping, including grocery/drugstores, Dollar Stores. Subway, McDonalds, Bevi's Seafood, New Orleans Original Daiquiri drive through or walk in establishment. A short ride into New Orleans, the Quarter, City Park, with rideshare, city bus, or your own vehicle. Safe parking is available on premises.

Your host Daniel drives for a well known rideshare company. Providing a comfortable place to stay is our focus, and to offer guests as much information as they need for a memorable experience in our city, one which they will remember with pleasure. Let us know your preferences as to activities, dining, etc., and we will do our best to give you all information we know about same.

New Orleans and communities surrounding are magical places, with friendly people and many exciting things to do. We look forward to sharing these experiences with those who visit us.

A comfortable, safe place to stay without the boring hotel atmosphere

My sister and I came to New Orleans for a getaway trip and are glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. Suzanne was the perfect host who shared her extensive knowledge of NOLA, helping us decide where we would venture. The room was comfortable and clean with a neighborhood setting which made our stay more personable. Thank you Suzanne!

We loved the apartment. Our stay was wonderful.

The apartment was nice and cozy. It was warm if we needed it warm with the heater or cold with the AC. The owners provided as much as we needed. The price was great. The only thing is the sink was clogged and drained slow. No mirrors except in the bathroom but no electrical outlets in the bathroom.

Look No Further!!

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place at a very reasonable price stop searching and make your reservation here now. Very comfortable and with Lyft and Uber travel to the Quarter, etc. is easy and inexpensive. Even better, Danny is a driver and knows the area like the back of his hand. Suzanne is also a delight. As a tour guide she knows the area and can recommends all kinds of great places. The best part is that both Dan and Suzanne are genuinely wonderful and caring people who make their guest's experience their #1 priority. When was the last time you stayed with VRBO and found snacks, cokes, granola bars, etc. waiting for you? These two were a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in the area. The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because no more are available. Thank you Dan and Suzanne for a great 2-day stay! You're the best!!! (PS If anyone might wonder, my security/cleaning deposit was returned even before I got back to Nashville)

Great Stay!!

The property was quaint, and just the right size for us (3). The owners (Suzanne & Danny) were very hospitable, and were available to answer any questions we had. An additive?? Danny is an Uber driver! The night we were ubered, there was a parade downtown, which made pickup chaotic- he literally couldn’t get to us!! Suzanne kept in touch with us via phone, making multiple calls until we were able to get to where Danny was. They were great- as well as our stay!

This trip to NOLA was the first time anyone in our family had taken the chance on VRBO (or anything of the Air BNB sort). We were hesitant to step outside of our usual hotel stays on vacation, but I could not be happier that we did! Danny and Suzy were the most warm and welcoming hosts we could have asked for. While we had a full schedule, Suzy offered to give us a historical tour of the city, and Danny was willing to drive us to and from the airport. Prior to the trip, Suzy helped me choose activities and places to eat via active email conversation through various websites and facebook pages! I would 110% stay here again when we come back to NOLA! Thank you from all of us, Suzy and Danny!

Wonderful Experience!!!

We stayed at this residence for three nights while we were on vacation in NOLA. It was clean, comfortable and a personable experience! Suzanne (the owner) could not be more amazing..... she is an absolutely warm and kind person and she made sure our stay was fabulous. Suzanne is a wonderful host. She welcomed us when we arrived even though it was night time and gave us tips on what to expect from parking in NOLA/ street parking and provided us a list of places to eat/ visit. We enjoyed our stay a lot (3 nights, 2 days), it was the perfect length of time to get to know the city. The place was very clean with all toilet amenities provided, we were given some free bottles of water, wine, coffee and snacks. There was no TV but that was o.k. since we only slept there. The only downside is that NOLA has a lot of bugs and we saw come creepy crawlies in the bathroom that we had to kill. We would definitely stay there again, it is not too close to the city so it was safer and sleep was more comfortable and you get to the airport faster.

Responsive host and clean property

Suzanne was a great host. Very quick to respond to any questions. We had four people staying in the property one night and two or three the other nights. The layout of the room is basic, but the beds are comfortable, the water in the shower was hot, and the place was perfect for our 4 day stay when most of our time was spent in New Orleans. She had nice amenities included which were thoughtful. We had a car most of the stay. Lyft was convenient and a favorite poboy spot was a 1.5 mile walk. In summer that would seem long for most. But in nice weather it was a comfortable walk. Definitely would stay again for the host, quality, cost, and quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay w Suzanne. She was the most gracious host I have ever stayed with. Her little house is very nice and provides all the necessities.
