Welcome to Seacrest on AMI! You will fall in love with this cozy tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bath home situated on a quiet street of beautiful Anna Maria Island. This island home is just 200 steps to the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. If you feel like lounging at the house there is also a brand new saltwater pool and turf! The open floor plan includes a kitchen that opens to living room and dining area as well as the outside deck. The large 10x19 open front porch is perfect for entertaining with friends or family. Seacrest is designed to sleep up to 6. King in the master, twin over full bunks in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa. Although the house is truly the perfect place for your dream vacation, it is the location of the house that makes it so great. When you come to stay and play on Anna Maria, it is all about adopting the island lifestyle, and that is exactly what Seacrest will let you do. Grab the provided beach towels and chairs and walk 4 houses to one of beach access on the island. Rent a bike to explore the island’s many hidden gems and watering holes. Spend a leisurely afternoon shopping on Pine Avenue or Bridge Street. There is so much to see and do when you vacation on Anna Maria Island, you will never want to leave. Rental agreement to be signed before check in. Inquire for shorter stays!
