Plenty of room for our family of 18, everyone loved the pool table and the kids were well entertained with the games and bunk room. Parking was great for the four vehicles we had and the drive up off Wear Valley Rd was easy. Very convenient location, within minutes to Kroger and to Pigeon Forge. Would stay again, no question about it

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house was spacious and very clean when we arrived. We had a few minor issues, but the host was very responsive and took care of them quickly, which we appreciated.Our main concern was the way the home was described as a six-bedroom property. Based on the listing, our family expected six separate bedrooms with a bathroom setup that would accommodate everyone accordingly. However, the downstairs area was not what we expected based on that description, and the bathroom on that level had to be shared. Because we planned our sleeping arrangements based on the home being a true six-bedroom, some family members ended up sharing a bathroom with people they had not expected to share with, which was a little uncomfortable and awkward. We feel the listing should more clearly explain the exact bedroom and bathroom configuration so guests, especially larger families or groups, can plan appropriately before booking.On the positive side, there was plenty of parkingโ€”we comfortably fit five SUVs as stated in the listing. Overall, the home was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed our stay aside from the confusion surrounding the bedroom and bathroom setup.

Thank you for staying at our cabin and for sharing your thoughts. I am a little confused as the cabin does have 6 bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. Two of the bathrooms can be shared if you would like, but they can also be locked and be private bathrooms. I will work on clarifying the bedroom and bathroom layout in our listing so future groups can plan more smoothly. Amazing house with everything you need. We had some issues and they were immediately addressed! Kids loved air hockey and the outdoor beds. Truly canโ€™t say enough about the communication. Every message was responded to within minutes. Canโ€™t ask for more!
