The house is spectacular and perfectly situated in a gated community between two terrific beach towns. Stunning vistas, lots of spaces to hang out for adults and teen/twenty somethings, and great amenities (including access to pickle ball courts). Beyond that, the owner was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs - definitely went above and beyond. I could not have asked for anything more for our multi-family trip. Thank you.

The Pinnacle was perfect for our party of 16 and it checked all the boxes All the comforts of home, amazing amenities for kids of all ages and FUN! From start to finish, Jim and Tracy made our stay one that my family will always remember! The backyard was amazing and had plenty of hangout spots to watch the greatest sunsets on this planet! The amenities inside were equally amazing. From having everything we needed pots, dishes, etc. Plenty of lounging area inside and plenty of air conditioning to keep cool during the hot dry season of Costa Rica!Jim and Tracy recommended restaurants and even provided us with hiking trails if the fabulous community of Mar Vista. I cannot recommend this house enough! We will definitely be back here in our next Cost Rican adventure!!

Jim & Traci were amazing host. The location of the home is an easy, short drive from the Liberia airport. Nestled in a quiet community you have walking trails and a beautiful pickleball facility. There is also a wonderful restaurant (Gracia) you can easily walk to. 5-7 minute drive and you are at the beach!! The house had everything we needed on night we cooked. Opt for the private chef at least once to have a delicious meal made for you! Anything we needed the owners were responsive and went above and beyond. Golf carts are a great addition to easily bop around to local restaurants and beaches. More than enough space at the house for our large crew, we will for sure be back! Thank you Jim & Traci for sharing your home!
