This SWFL bundled golf community is in Bonita Springs a Coach Home 2BR 2BA w/1 car garage that is beautifully decorated. Located in a gated community that is minutes to the beaches. This fully furnished ground floor unit has beautiful water views as well as 9th hole views, close to the clubhouse. Our unit is fully furnished with all the kitchen gadgets for a chef, washer and dryer stocked with laundry detergent, wifi cable and a desk for the remote worker and lots of linens and towels. This Gated Bundled Golf Community requires a 30day stay. Call us for special discount if multiple months. Spring Run Golf Club is an amazing slice of paradise. The Golf Membership is transferred to tenant. Membership amenities include 18hole par 72 PGA Qualifying Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball, Multiple Swimming Pools, Health Club, Pro Shop (retail) and Casual and Formal Dining Restaurants. Tenants will have their own club number and be responsible for any charges. Tenants are encouraged to join the golf and tennis leagues during the stay! Guests are welcome. Our home is located 1 mile from the water (inner coastal line), with a 10 min drive to the public beaches. .25mi to Coconut Point (upscale dining and shopping). 15 Minutes from RSW terminal airport. www.springrun.com All tenants will be required to fill out extra paperwork for the HOA and Golf Club Membership Transfer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all linen and towels in laundry washer.
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher. Start dishwasher.
Lock front door. Leave keys on kitchen counter exit through garage use garage code to shut garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great communication with owners, awesome location (close to the pool, clubhouse and a lovely walk to Coconut point where there are a ton of stores and restaurants). The master bedroom bed is comfy and the unit furnishings are very comfortable/stylish.

The Spring Run Golf Club amenities were excellent. The home we rented had not been well maintained. The stove and oven were replaced during our stay after we reported that the digital display was not working properly to be able set the oven temperature.There were repeated incidents of the air conditioning unit malfunctioning. Host responded in a timely manner when we advised of the malfunctions and attempted to rectify the situation himself, however his interventions were unsuccessful. Host arranged for a technician to fix the air conditioning unit and it worked well for another week, then malfunctioned again. Host stated that he had been previously advised by a technician to replace the air conditioning unit and chose not to do so. We did enjoy the amenities offered in the Spring Run community and will be looking for a different rental property next year.

We just got married in March of 2025 and at the time we were living in this coach home, but because wed loved Spring Run Golf Community so much we bought a villa here in the neighborhood that we moved into. So at any point you need something or have any questions about the area, feel free to reach out. Also if you would like to catch up with us on the links, call us we would love that! We are here year round.

Why they chose this property

We love Spring Run because the golf course alone is one of the best in SWFL. Our clubhouse is very social for guests and members. All Activities and Amenities are available any tenants. There are wine nights, social parties, Art Showings, Bunco nights, Daily food specials, Live Music Thursdays, Thanksgiving Dinner, Holiday Parties Easter Brunch and NYE Parties.

What makes this property unique

Our property does not have a cart path behind it nor are we in the line of fire for stray golf balls. The benefit is we don't have greens department mowing at 4am and not broken glass. We also have glassed in the lanai where you can open the the sliders for the amazing winter breeze.
