Why they chose this property
We chose this particular location because it’s on a dead end road, on 10+ acres and perched on top of a hill, surrounded by trees in all directions, deer and turkeys literally feet outside the expansive windows throughout the home, and only minutes from Mayo Clinic. If upper-end solitude and privacy are your needs, then The Buckthorn will suit you just fine.
What makes this property unique
There literally isn’t another new build on this level in all of Rochester. That’s just the home. The lot is one of a kind, offering privacy and sunrises/sunsets like no other. There isn’t hunting here, so the deer are quite accustomed to seeing people, and are just as interested in watching you, as you are them.
