Overlooking 160 acres of farmland that has been in the same family for over 125 years, this peaceful property blends comfort, charm, and a deep sense of heritage.

You’ll feel right at home in the comfy 3 bed 2 bath home! It offers a bonus sunroom with a desk, chair, books, and keyboard. A 6 person dining room table perfect for dinners or family game night! And, we will even provide some game options! The kitchen has all the basics you need for cooking plus complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, or tea! There’s high speed internet, 5 recliners to kick back and relax on.
Enjoy the outdoor views from one of the patios and soak in the stunning sunrise or sunsets!
This is the perfect overnight stop, restful reset, or even staycation for locals!

Just minutes off I-40 and only 2 miles from Clinton, the best of both worlds: country living with easy access to quaint shops, local dining, and the heart of historic Route 66.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please hand wash dishes if only a few and return to cabinet.
All USED linens/towels placed in front bathtub
Dumpster for trash is at end of driveway. Leave door unlocked for house keeper. Place key on tv table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes prior to entering the home. Leave outside of front door.
For safety of guests and livestock. No access to the barns/fields/lots. Please keep your exploring to the immediate yard area.
We are on a septic. NO toilet paper/feminine products in the toilet. Please only in the trash can.

Windy Ridge Farm was exactly what we hoped to find for our first Oklahoma stay! The home is spacious and accommodating, and the property is beautiful and situated to catch glorious sunrises and sunsets! We had a few issues with the home that were quickly addressed with Camber. This is a great home away from home.

A home close enough to town in a very quiet, rural area. Be mindful that the beds are for children in two bedrooms and not adults. Plenty of comfortable seating for our group.

Why they chose this property

this is a countryside stay and with that you’re going to see an experience, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The sounds of nature, wide open spaces, stars for miles, and there is livestock on the property, so you’re probably gonna hear echoes of that.

What makes this property unique

This farm has been in my family for 125 years. it was homesteaded in the Oklahoma land rush by my dad’s side. The barns were hand built by my grandpa. Life has taken us away from living at the farm, but we wanted to ensure that we kept it in the family. That’s why hosting was the perfect opportunity. It allows us to still have access to the property when we come for a visit while also allowing others to enjoy the beauty, tranquility, and legacy this home provides. and our goal is to get enough consistent bookings that we are able to maintain it and keep it in the same family for another 125 years. The house itself is where my daddy was raised, where I was raised, and where I got to raise my four kids, the first part of their life. It holds a lot of special memories.
