You’ll feel right at home in the comfy 3 bed 2 bath home! It offers a bonus sunroom with a desk, chair, books, and keyboard. A 6 person dining room table perfect for dinners or family game night! And, we will even provide some game options! The kitchen has all the basics you need for cooking plus complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, or tea! There’s high speed internet, 5 recliners to kick back and relax on.
Enjoy the outdoor views from one of the patios and soak in the stunning sunrise or sunsets!
This is the perfect overnight stop, restful reset, or even staycation for locals!

Just minutes off I-40 and only 2 miles from Clinton, the best of both worlds: country living with easy access to quaint shops, local dining, and the heart of historic Route 66.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please hand wash dishes if only a few and return to cabinet.
All USED linens/towels placed in front bathtub
Dumpster for trash is at end of driveway. Leave door unlocked for house keeper. Place key on tv table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes prior to entering the home. Leave outside of front door.
For safety of guests and livestock. No access to the barns/fields/lots. Please keep your exploring to the immediate yard area.
We are on a septic. NO toilet paper/feminine products in the toilet. Please only in the trash can.
