About this property

Oceanside 6/BR home in Corolla with Pool and Hot Tub

The top floor is an open concept with the kitchen, dinning room and living room all within clear visibility. This is a great room to entertain and bring everyone together with plenty of seating. Also on this floor there is one master bedroom with its own full bath and King bed. There is also a half bath near the kitchen. The second floor has a media room with a TV, two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. One of the kings has it own full bath and the other two rooms have a shared full bath. The first floor is the game/media room with a foosball table, smart TV and two bunk bed rooms. The bunk rooms also share a full bath on this floor. The couch on this level also has a pullout bed. All of the rooms outside of the bunk rooms have there own LED Samsung smart TVs as you wind down in the evenings.

My wife and I live in Frederick, MD. We fell in love with the Outer Banks as kids. Eric loves to fish from the surf, sound charters as well as deep sea. We truly love sharing our piece of paradise and want to make sure our guests have a great time. We keep up with the property and are constantly updating appliances, furniture, bedding and decor to keep our guests happy.

Why they chose this property

We loved the open concept. We both have large families and this property is perfect for entertaining. It is also a short walk to the beach which was perfect for us. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect place to get away from the day to day grind.

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out from the rest because we are some of the few owners that truly keep up with the property. Before buying, we would see pictures online for properties we would rent and were frequently disappointed with how run down they were compared to the pictures. We make major investments each year and many of our guests are repeat guests each year.
