Hot Tub & Pool was not clean upon arrival. It was visibly dirty & had to call rental place to come out bc it was un able to be used. Arrived on Thursday evening but didnt realize it til Friday morning and placed a call. They tried to get someone out to clean/fill that day but it wasnt until lunch time on Saturday before the hot tub was cleaned, refilled and ready. The pool people (seperate people) never showed. 4 kids dissapointed. The hot tub was able to be used for 1/2 of the day on Saturday and pool not at all of our Thur-Sunday stay which is why we picked this cabin to rent. Otherwise house was super nice and clean and beautiful.
