Crafted in 2024, this 3 bed, one bath condo is ideal for relaxing after touring the city.

The condo offers three bedrooms with two queen beds and one twin bunk, a stocked kitchen, living and dining space as well as a full bathroom.

Smart TVs in every room allow guests to log into their accounts to stream shows and more.

Washer and dryer available in the home for guests to use.

Smart locks allow guest to come and go as they wish this ease.

There is also free street parking available for those who are driving a vehicle.

LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $200. While we understand time can get away from us all, our cleaners do only have a few hours to clean, sanitize, and return the unit to the condition it was found in prior to the next guests arrival in a few hours. Late check out puts the next guest check in at jeopardy and costs us addition fees as the cleaner is paid to wait for the property to be vacated. Thanks for the understanding!


**Unauthorized Pet fee of $500 will be charged if necessary. While we are animal lovers and have a Viszla puppy ourselves, guests with sensitivities and allergies can ensure our home will be a comfortable stay.

Master bed was comfortable. The warm toilet seat is fantastic - lol!! Reminded us of living in Japan - Super fun! Host was super fast to reply with questions and help with other needs!

Everything about this rental was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn’t use it much because there are so many delicious restaurants nearby. Several bus stops very close and a Metro stop not too far away.

The communication of the host is the WORST! We never received information to check in only a few hours before. We had to wait 8 hours and fiat heard from host.If I were to have an issue while we were there I can’t even imagine. We ended up not staying. This was unacceptable.When I called to get a refund the customer service guy got cursed at by the host and he even said that this was the worst experience he has had with a host. Please do not book this place and save the headache as we are out of our money because he refused to refund us.
