The master suite contains a queen bed and its own private bath and a separate glass-walled shower. Three other bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds.

Great winter spot

We enjoyed this comfortable house. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Mattresses were so comfortable and the views were really fabulous from the living room. We had a small mix up at check in and the owner handled it quickly and graciously. Perfect location for Baie St. Paul and le Massif.

Fabulous March Break

We had a wonderful March break staying at this lovely Chalet. The hot tub was such a treat after long days of skiing. The teens and adults enjoyed the pool table, and the wood burning fireplace made for cozy evenings. The kitchen was also very well equipped with everything you need. We had a great time! March Break Ski

Great place. Lots of room for family. Close to mountain and Baie St. Paul. I could grab sandwiches from the bakery in town in the morning and take them with me for lunch and still make the first lift. Also very clean and great hosts.

We enjoyed a quiet retreat filled with reading, pool, hot tub, and random excursions in Charlevoix. The house was perfect as our 2 year old slept in the pack and play we brought off of the main floor bedroom where there’s an extra room with bunk beds. Out r other children shared the 3 basement bedrooms with my mother.

Gorgeous comfortable house near Quebec City

We had a great time in this wonderful home. It's spacious and full of light. It feels luxurious, but also comfortable and homelike. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and fun to cook in. We particular enjoyed visiting nearly Baie-Saint-Paul, with all its art galleries and small shops, and we had a beautiful walk from Maison Mère in downtown Baie-Saint-Paul to the river. Quebec City is only an hour away and we found parking to be surprisingly easy, given that the busy season had already begun. The Chateau Frontenac and the Citadelle are not to be missed. A great trip!

A Fine Country Home

We spent three great weeks at the Champetre chalet enjoying the beautiful views of the St. Lawrence and Ile des Coudres joined at various times by our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. This location is perfect for those who like to ski and cook, midway between Le Massif and Baie Saint Paul. The large kitchen with five burner gas range was perfect for several people to work in simultaneously. Crowds gathered for aprés-ski snacks around the kitchen peninsula. The lovely Jura Espresso machine was also crowd favorite. The bedrooms were surprisingly big with comfortable beds and cozy duvets. All the grandchildren wanted to sleep in the secret bunk beds (off the main floor en-suite) Having a living area on each floor made things much less hectic. The internet worked very well and was more than adequate for Zoom meetings while multiple devices were in use. We were very pleased with our host François and truly enjoyed our stay.

Chalet for agréable avec une magnifique cours pour les enfants et plusieurs activités dans la maison dont une table de billard et un jacuzzi. Les lits sont confortable. Noël 2020 mémorable

Compléter l'année 2020 dans un endroit magique a eu l'effet d'un baume sur nous. Nous devions y loger à plusieurs mais compte tenue des règles sanitaires en place, nous y étions que ma petite famille. Regarder le ciel étoilé de notre lit, relaxer au son du feu qui flambe et glisser dehors avec les enfants se sont avérés nos souvenirs les plus précieux. Meric beaucoup!

Superb!

Everything was amazing. The house was gorgeous, hot tub was great and the kids had lots of fun playing pool. We had a wonderful 2 weeks here in summer with lovely views over the St. Lawrence River and some of the most incredible Quebec National Parks within 60-90 minutes away. Baie St-Paul is only 10 minutes away by car and is a lovely small town, not to be missed. In fact, the whole of the Charlevoix area is not too be missed especially this beautiful property. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Francois was a very good host and responded very quickly to all of our questions. We certainly hope to be back here soon. Thank you Francois for a great stay!!

Amazing Ski Getaway

Had an excellent week with 2 families sharing the house - lots of space for us all. Very well appointed kitchen and we enjoyed the espresso machine and gas stove. Loved being in the trees, and the kids were able to take advantage of playing outside in the sheltered yard. Easy trips back and forth to Le Massif (top and bottom). Great supply of games for families. Lovely wood fireplaces. Would definitely return for another week!
