We loved the house! My boys enjoyed the game room and constant entertainment. Communication was fast and easy. Hope to come back and visit in the future.

We really appreciated how streamlined the check in process was! The host was easily contactable, even before we committed to booking, she responded quickly and kindly. The game room was a fun addition for the kids we were traveling with. It was a very family friendly home and worked really well for our stay. It was also very accessible to all of the fun tourist attractions we wanted to see. Less than 15 minutes from places like Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch and Cave of the Winds.

Broken A/C. Based on other reviews seems like a recurring issue. Booking agency apologetic with no resolution. House is managed by a booking agency. Team is unfamiliar with the area and when asked about local eateries and things to do, zero response. Pet stains present in carpet of game room, overall cleanliness was decent but there was certainly things missed. Half the arcade equipment was broken and/or not working on check in. No water pressure whatsoever, may have well have bathed in a still water pond. Furniture is very cheap and very uncomfortable. For the price, the stay is worth it, however there is things that could be touched on that would make it an absolute bargain and wonderful place to stay. 50/50 on if I’d return based on necessary repairs needed and attention to detail when cleaned.

There were several issues we had with our stay. First was the AC didnt work for the first two nights even though I told the host that it was not working after first day. Second the trash bins were completely full and smelled absolutely horrible when you arrived and every time you walked past which was near the front door. The kitchen was not well stocked, no mixing bowls, serving bows, only 1 small baking dish, cookie sheets, or salt and pepper shakers. The very bare minimum there. The windows only had mini-blinds so it got very bright very early in the morning. The best thing was the game room, which the kids enjoyed. (Though the basketball game was broken)
