Mon pm: put yellow & green-lid cans at curb for Tue am. Thur pm put green-lid can at curb for Fri am. Get cans in garage by midnight Tue & Fri. HOA fines $50/day if left out— we don’t want u fined
🎟️ Wristbands Treat them like gold (because… they’re priced like gold 😅). $100 each to replace, which we’d have to pass along. Please double-check they’re all back in the lockbox.

We came to Destin looking for a relaxing beach getaway and found so much more. From the moment we arrived, we knew this home was special. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with a coastal feel that immediately put our family in vacation mode.The owners have clearly invested in creating an exceptional guest experience. The welcome snacks waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.One of our favorite features was the screened porch. It became our gathering spot for morning coffee and relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. The included golf cart was another huge highlight and may have been the favorite part of the trip for our teenagers. It made getting to the beach, exploring the area, and visiting the community amenities fun and effortless.The community pool and amenities were excellent, but honestly, the home itself was the star of the vacation. Even our little Cavapoo loved every minute of the trip and quickly made herself at home. Like a Jimmy Buffett dream, we arrived hoping to slow down and enjoy the beach life for a few days. Instead, we found a true retreat where it was easy to leave our worries behind, enjoy family time, and make lasting memories. We cannot say enough good things about this property and would gladly stay here again.

This house was perfect! They have beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc so no need to bring or buy those items. We didn’t bring a dog but they even had dog toys. And the golf cart was the cherry on top. Owners were great and super communicative. 12/10 recommend.
