This neighbourhood is a great location as it is very close to famous Atlantic Avenue and a short drive to the ocean as well. The property is in a transitional neighbourhood where new homes are being built, and others are being renovated and upgraded.
What makes this property unique
This property offers all the comforts of home and a beautiful backyard Oasis. With its Backyard Western exposure, the pool is in the sun all day and into the early evening. It’s a great location to barbeque around the pool and possibly jump on the new set of four bikes and a ride to famous Atlantic Avenue for some more fun.
