This place exceeded our expectations! It’s not easy traveling with kids and having enough space to sleep, having a readily available kitchen, and ample room inside the house for all 7 of us! Thank goodness this was directly across from the community pool- such an added perk! We will definitely be revisiting.

Open floor plan meant we had a lot of room, the beds were comfortable, showers were amazing and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was 5 minutes from the fields, and a huge assortment of restaurants & grocery stores. The best, however was the view! You walk out the door and overlook the mountains!

The location is excellent. Easy access to the highway and 15 min to the airport. Nice quiet neighborhood but lots of highway noise if sitting outside. Supermarket 1 min away. House was very clean and spacious. A great place to stay if attending an event at Covey Creek wedding venue. Negatives (easy to resolve by host):Not a single hanger in the house! Three women with dresses for a wedding and no where to hang them. Left with 1/4 of a roll of paper towels, no extra garbage bag - needed to clean up as requested and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. There are no condiments (sugar packets,etc) for coffee so you have to buy anything you need. With minor tweaks this rental is a 5/5.

This is a great space for a small family or a few friends who want to be close to downtown Chattanooga and the surrounding sites without staying where all the traffic is.This property is right off the interstate, so there's easy access to Chattanooga or Ringgold. There is a large shopping center about a mile down the road with a ChikFilA, Starbucks, Bass Pro Shoppe, and more. The neighborhood is fairly quiet; this is a townhome in a neighborhood with a pool. We did not use the pool, but it was right across from the property.We enjoyed our stay, and the space was great! It has a nice open floor plan. Full transparency: one of the bedrooms was really small. I think it is technically an office. Like, the twin bed spans from wall to wall. But this was perfect for us! Our 12 yo daughter stayed in that room and loved it. All the bedrooms have televisions, so the kids loved that too. The kitchen was spacious and functional. We really appreciated that the spacious garage was available for our use as well.One last note: there is a drag racing course behind the neighborhood. I did NOT notice the noise except for once, and we all slept pretty well. But don't be surprised if you hear a couple of vroom vrooms during your stay. :)Communication was great! We had to change some dates, and the host was super responsive and understanding about that. She responded very quickly and kindly to messages.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would book this house again.

5/5 for mountain view, access to swimming pool, comfortable beds, nice hot showers, spacious, enough couches for everyone, very large table. Two outdoor seating areas, just perfect. oh and the communication with host, was great! 5/5 for stocking dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash clothes.4/5 for stocking toilet paper, both bathrooms had a used roll, almost nothing left, left out. Then 1 more roll in each bathroom. Only one roll of paper towels. 4/5 for the ants. Every morning we would wake up to ants, everywhere in the kitchen. I don’t believe it has anything to do with the townhomes cleanliness, but due to how the building was constructed. Definitely needs to be sprayed. With all the above being said, I would recommend this place.
