We had a wonderful time at Red Peaks, celebrating a milestone family birthday. We were a large group and appreciated being able to spread out throughout the property. We really enjoyed the deck and screened in porch, the gorgeous garden, and the incredible views. The kids loved the hot tub and our doggies loved the huge lawn. We did not fully understand the layout in advance, and that there is no interior connection between the multiple housing units on the property, but it ended up working well for our group. Stephanie was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. What a magical spot on the coast!

We loved our stay at Red Peaks and can’t wait to go back. The property is even more gorgeous than the photos suggest, and we spent lots of time on the breezy, sunny, miraculously bug-free deck. The houses are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The kitchens are extremely well stocked with every tool and spice you might want. (Actually, everything about the houses is well-stocked, from warm throw blankets to the random ball of twine we needed.) The location is very private but close to coffee, restaurants, and a lovely beach. Host was responsive and helpful when we ran into a small glitch with one of the tvs. Do note that the houses don’t connect internally - you have to walk about 20 steps outside to go from one side to the other. The AC is window units in the bedrooms. Neither feature was a problem for us, but both were mild surprises.
