If you want to be right on the river this is the place. Great to be able to step out the door and enjoy the sights and sounds of all the wildlife. We got to watch the fish, turtles, birds, LITTLE gator and the otter in their natural habitat. Loved it!

We loved this house! We had a group of 8 people and the house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of kayaks to use and the rope swing made the trip for all the kids. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We had a great time and will be back!

This was our seventh year staying at Palm Waters River house and it has never disappointed. We look forward to it as a family vacation spot. Several upgraded features since last year has made our stay even better. Grand sons absolutely enjoy the fishing, swimming, biking and floating on the river. We have already booked our stay for next year

Wonderful spot right on the river — our kids absolutely loved it. So much wildlife and it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! Everything was great and spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The view is beautiful, the home is comfortable, and it has everything you will need for a great stay on the river. Our kids truly enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. We had many opportunities to kayak in the surrounding area, which cannot be beat. 10/10!

Beautiful location on the Rainbow River. Convenient to restaurants, walking trail, and grocery store. It was so nice to ride the bikes and have the kayaks available on the property so we could use any time. We built a fire in the firepit and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. This was a Great girls weekend at a nice home on the clear Rainbow River.

We enjoyed our stay at this home on the beautiful Rainbow River. Sitting on this deck and watching the river and all of the amazing birds is magical. We had never been to this area and had fun exploring. Be sure to check out Rainbow Springs State Park. Lots of space in the house to enjoy and kayaks for cruising the river.

We absolutely love this place and have stayed here multiple times over the years. The home is very comfortable, well laid out, and sits in a perfect location right on the river. It’s an ideal spot for relaxing with family and enjoying the water.The property has such a great vibe and always feels welcoming — it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Communication with the hosts has always been great, and we’ve consistently had wonderful stays here. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again.

The large glassed in porch was very nice for playing games, with a view of the River. The house was clean with plenty of space for a large group. The ice maker did not work and there were no ice trays and only a 1/4 bag of ice in the freezer.
