Cozy bed sit in Kippa Ring, ideal for a short stay. The kitchenette has everything you need and there is a sizeable bathroom. The bed is comfortable. Shops and rail in walking distance. Adrian is an amenable and friendly host. If you have a car, the beach and sea front at Redcliffe is a 5 min drive. The facilities are not modern, but I was more than happy with my experience.

Simple, quiet and clean little bed sit in Kippa Ring. Very affordable, comfy bed, roomy bathroom. Adequate kitchenette. Adrian was welcoming and helpful on check in. In very quiet cul de sac with easy vehicular access to Redcliffe or Sandgate or beyond. No lounge but private outdoor sitting area. The stay was perfect for us as we only needed a bedroom as we were attending a family event nearby.

Affordable, clean, private and well managed

For me, a perfect location, close to shops and trains. The coastline is a short busride away, I like to walk, never did I feel unsafe, pleasant neighbourhoods and a shopping mall near by. Great communication with owner, who lives in main part of house, rarely seen đź‘Ť Oh, and the shower is awesome

Peace and quiet

My wife and I enjoyed our stay of one week, especially the peace and quiet of living in a court where the neighbours didn't make a sound. Our host was friendly and welcoming. He ensured we has everything we needed. The unit was just right for us 2 because we were out during the day and only needed a place to stay each night.

Quiet little place

Adrian was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to my needs/requests. The place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, the shower was great , added bonuses was the little kitchenette with the tea and coffee, all in all the flat was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Strange this person makes a point that property has only a double bed and no aircon, when this is very very clearly stated in the advert description.

Budget-friendly Hidden Dwelling

Great for an economical stay as train/bus station and shopping centre is roughly a 10-15 min walk away. Some appliances are outdated but run fine. I stayed during summer, which lead to a couple of hot sleeps. No air con but a functional pedestal fan. Although most days were hot, the patio is cooler than indoors as cool breezes came through.I would recommend for anyone who wants a quiet affordable room to stay for a couple of nights.

No wifi Whatsoever, zero, nada. Owner made no attempt to correct non existent wifi. My devices (3) were not to blame. A router malfunction. I repeatedly tried to contact provider but only owner can inquire about account. After complaining to owner over several days, I was asked to leave early, uncompensated. What am I to do? Very weird
