hot water issue 5 days

The tv upstairs didn't work, the elliptical was broken. Called to get the hot water issue fixed. The hot water was repaired for five days. I wrote for compensation without response yet. I have been home for two weeks. Before leaving for Kiev, the management wrote and was extremely helpful, after the issue was resolved, no response. Overall, not a bad experience and the property was decent. No hot water...well...
