The reviews were rated as excellent. The hotel was dated. The ice machine was not working on the floor next to my room. The description stated there was a kitchenette. The microwave was broken. The room had a smell and a request for someone to come in and spray something in the room. The guest towels were stained. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
