We loved the house. It was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor pool area was our favorite. The game room in the basement was where we spent most of our time at night. Great location and beautiful view by the pool. There are a few things the house lacks, none of the bedrooms, have dressers, and some don’t have nightstands. One of the bedrooms in the basement with three of the beds doesn’t have a door or curtains to close them in. Also also, the kitchen table is very small so we had to bring in our 6 foot folding table to have enough space to sit and eat. The place was really clean and well stocked with what we need. Overall, we were very pleased!

The checkin and check out was easy. Stated accommodation for 16, we had 10 not enough space for seating in livingroom or in the kitchen to eat. Only 8 towels and 2 washcloths. The temp of the house was freezing when we arrived. Not enough towels or washcloths for the amount of people. Some items listed to be there were not. No hairdryer, no washer and dryer and some rooms with no doors A lot of leftover items from other guests (toothbrushes, mouthwash, toiletries, food in the fridge). Hot tub was nice, beautiful view outside. When we got there it was very snowy and icy needed some salt and a shovel The road to get there was not plowed could have been an issue for people if you dont know how to drive in those conditions. Overall it was a nice place and we were able to make things work for the number of guests we had.

We were very disappointed with the home. The communication with the host was very poor. Went 24 hours without responses. Host stated they would be better with communication once we checked in but that was not true. I had to ask several times for check in details. The front door did not lock. No comforter on one bed. Bathroom drawers had old toothbrushes, old deodorants and other products in them. There is no washer and dryer as the listing states. The kitchen supplies were sparse at best. Not enough seating for 10 people. We had to use kitchen chairs and stools. We could not get the fireplaces going and the house was freezing at 55 degrees (we were able to get it fixed and warmed up). There were other condiments in the fridge not from us. We did find socks and hair ties when we pulled the trundle bed out. Despite the issues we had a great time together and the space was big enough for 10 women (just not comfortable sitting).
