Located above a local business, in the center of the social district, and only block and a half from the public beach. Right next door to several restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. Apartment has a washer and dryer, full bathroom, Wi-Fi, 2 TV's with several popular apps like Netflix, and a full kitchen with everything but food and drinks. Best downtown location in Oscoda!

Dining table and chairs, couch, electric fireplace, and larger TV. Twin size roll-away mattress for extra sleeping space. Laundry is located on the first floor next to the entrance. Apartment is new to VRBO but rated 5/5 stars on other short-term rental sites.
Apartment is up a flight of stairs. Everything you see in the addtional photos is within a 1/2 block, except the beach, which is 1 & 1/2 blocks away.
