This house was perfect for our party of 9, which included 5 adults and 4 kids. Location was a 10 minute stroll to center of town and to the beach. It was nice to be close to the action but not have to deal with the traffic and noise of the center. While we were mostly out, we spent most of our time in the house on the beautiful roof deck and the pool area. The house was clean and comfortable and the communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
The location was convenient and close to the beach, though the walk was not as easy as expected due to the terrain. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The furniture was dirty, the outdoor table was unusable due to a leaking drain, and the bathrooms did not have soap. The dishwasher was not working, so we had to wash dishes by hand, and the front door was difficult to open. Parking was also challenging, as the driveway angles made it hard to fit cars comfortably. While most issues were manageable during our stay, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted the overall experience.
