Available from 12/26/26 to 1/2/27 this 2BR condo in Breckenridge has 2 bedrooms each with a king bed. This superb condo also has 2 full bathrooms. Both living rooms include a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. The condo sleeps eight (8) adults comfortably. Featuring a fully equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops, you can feed the whole family with ease after an amazing day out on the slopes. Enjoy the large, outdoor hot tubs or check out the Grotto - a serene, indoor spa and hot tub area for adults. Kids will have a blast in the large swimming pool with water slide. A second water play area for little ones gives Moms peace of mind. Dads, grill dinner on the pool deck or at one of the other grilling areas spread around the property which feature premium quality gas grills. Free ski lockers are just steps from the slopes. Includes 2 parking spots in the heated garage. Free wifi & gym. A game room, on-prem bar and restaurant help complete your vacation home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Checkout by 10AM. Place used bedding & towels in the soaker-bathtub located in the master bedroom.
Empty the refrigerator, putting leftover food in the trash. The sink should be free of pots, pans and dishes; you can just load them into the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
Be sure to return your ski locker keys to the front desk when checking out to avoid a hefty fine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have this wonderful timeshare at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and some years we use it ourselves, while in other years we give other folks the opportunity to come up and enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer. The holidays in Breck are a particularly lovely time to visit and we hope you enjoy staying in our vacation condo just as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Breckenridge is an amazing ski destination. The Five peaks at Breck offer up world-class skiing and riding opportunities for everyone regardless of their ability. Keystone Resort is a short drive away, as is Copper Mountain although the latter is not on the same annual ski pass as Breck and Keystone.
What makes this property unique
This is a wonderful location from which to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer. This 2-bedroom condo at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is comfortable and comes with lots of amenities. The staff at the Grand Lodge are friendly and attentive. You will be in good hands. The Front Desk is staffed 24x7, and the Concierge is available from 8AM to 7PM. Heated, underground parking is included for up to two vehicles.
