Formerly Carbone’s Motel, our property is now under new ownership and has been thoughtfully refreshed to offer modern comfort while preserving the relaxed charm of this classic beach town.

This suite, “The Frenchman’s Refuge,” offers a private and comfortable stay perfect for couples, families, or small groups visiting Oneida Lake and the Sylvan Beach waterfront.
