Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Washington: a bright, spacious 3-bedroom house with a convenient first-floor office — ideal for families, remote workers, or small groups. The main suite is a private retreat with its own bathroom and a separate entrance onto a sunny balcony. Living here means enjoying generous shared spaces: a large living room and formal dining room that flow easily into a light-filled kitchen with a breakfast bar — perfect for relaxed mornings.
Sleeping & practical comforts: the house offers a comfortable stay with two queen beds, one full bed and a crib for little ones. There are two full bathrooms (each stocked with a hairdryer) plus a guest bathroom on the first floor for added convenience. Modern comforts include heating, air conditioning, an alarm system, and everyday needs (e.g. iron, washer, dryer) so guests always feel relaxed and well cared for.

Just a 5-7 min walk from the metro to all DC attractions and a 25 minute drive to the heart of DC downtown.

House was very clean and well organized. Not a lot of clutter. It’s located very close to a grocery store and the metro is a short walk. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Downstairs half bath is really nice. Back porch is nice and large with comfortable furniture. Front porch offers a completely different view and nice also. Bathrooms were good with plenty of towels and essentials. The beds were comfortable as we all slept great each night. Road and traffic noise was acceptable as we rarely heard anything. Overall a really nice stay and would recommend.
