Ideally located in Green Point, on the Atlantic Seaboard in one of CT's most exclusive & secure streets within minutes of the City Centre, all grocery stores, the V&A Waterfront, most tourist attractions & CT amenities, beaches & hiking paths.

The space

The 3 story Villa with cinema room, 2 car garage, swimming pool, jacuzzi and an impressive 24kw inverter back up system to protect our guests experience against load shedding, powering the entire house.

The house boasts 5 fully equipped suites, all with their own bathroom stocked with SA's best all organic Africology wellness products, all with air-conditioning/heating, and all with their own balcony or lawn terrace looking out over the gorgeous Green Point commons, out to the Atlantic Ocean.

We supply full time housekeeping 5 days a week and weekends/public holidays upon request. Gardening once a week on weekends or otherwise scheduled.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
