Beautiful, absolutely quiet, cozy and centrally located 2 room apartment

The apartment is located near the conference centre and an indoor pool. In the winter, you can go cross-country skiing, and in the summer, you can play golf at the course right next door. Skiers can reach either Parsenn or Jakobshorn in no time. The apartment is approximately 60 square metres in size and features a large, southwest-facing balcony. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and plenty of crockery. In the living room, there is a 140/200 cm double bed stored in a cabinet with drawers. In addition, a flat-screen TV, stereo, and telephone are, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. The apartment also features a ski storage room and bicycle storage. The sauna is located in the house.<br><br><br>Golf: The apartment is located right next to the golf course (about 3 minutes away)<br><br>Ski Country - Stavros: The apartment is ideal for skiers. The ski bus stops right next to the front door. This means no long walks in ski boots and a quick trip to the valley station. Either Parsenn or Jakobshorn can be reached within 5 minutes.<br>The apartment is also ideal for cross-country skiers. In just two minutes, you’re on the trail and ready to go<br><br>Eau La La Wellness Oasis: The newly acquired indoor-outdoor pool and large spa is accessible in less than 5 minutes. Super schöne Wohnung in herrlichem Davos

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir werden sie sicher wieder auch beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Davos buchen. Alles sauber tiptop, nahe Skilifte , Zentrum vor der Türe einfach alles super. Vielen Dank.

Perfekte Wohung in perfekter Lage

Sehr netter Kontakt, die Wohnung ist direkt an der Bushaltestelle, in max. 10 Min zum Skilift Persenn oder auch Jakobshorn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in 5 Min. Fußweg. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Gerne wieder.

Supergelegene Ferienwohnung in Davos

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, ideal für 4 Personen, 2 Betten ausklappbar im Wohnzimmer, Einrichtung eher älter, aber in gutem Zustand, voll ausgestattete Küche, Anfragen an den Vermieter bzw. die Vertretung wurden umgehend beantwortet und erledigt Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Schnee

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Viel Stauraum. Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage, Anbindung Bus vor der Haustür, Nähe zum Tourismuszentrum (WLAN), Migros-Supermarkt mit Restaurant. Als Langläufer 3 Min. zum Loipennetz und zum Langlaufzentrum. Sehr praktisch Tiefgarage und Skiraum im Haus leicht zu erreichen. Betreuung insgesamt und vor Ort (Übergabe Wohnung und Rückgabe ) perfekt. Wir werden wiederkommen und diese Möglichkeit weiter empfehlen. Michael W.

Swissalpine Marathon 2015

Das Inserat hat nicht zuviel versprochen: wir haben eine gemütliche und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden und uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Gut,über Geschmack kann man streiten, aber die Möbel, die Betten und der Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung waren und sind top und mit keinem Hotel zu vergleichen. Für ein Hotelzimmer von 11 qm im selben Zeitraum hätten wir das Doppelte in Geld hinlegen müssen. Hier waren wir unser eigener Herr und hatten alles was wir brauchten: Frühstück konnten wir dank des guten Wetters auf dem sonnigen Süd-Ost-Balkon einnehmen, in der komplett eingerichteten Küche das zubereiten, was uns schmeckt (zu deutlich besseren Preisen als in den Restaurants), konnten zwischendurch mal schnell etwas waschen und als Teilnehmer des Swissalpine-Marathons mussten wir quasi nur einmal die Strasse überqueren, um zum Start- und Zielbereich zu gelangen. So macht Urlaub in der Schweiz Spass und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlen: Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Sehr komfortable, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Möbel und Inventar waren in gutem, dem Online-Inserat entsprechendem Zustand. Alles war top sauber und gepflegt. Toll ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Einziges kleines Manko (aber mäkeln auf hohem Niveau): der Skiraum ist nur recht umständlich zu erreichen. Bei weiteren Reisen nach Davos werden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen. Die Größe ist für die Unterkunft von 3-4 Erwachsenen ausreichend, die Küche war mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet und bei schönem Wetter kann man den gr0ßen Balkon gut nutzen. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür und Schwimmbad/Wellness liegen auch gleich gegenüber. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war über E-Mail und Telefon im Vorfeld und über den Verwalter vor Ort gut organisiert. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in Davos genossen.

Einfach schön

Gute Wohnlage: Ruhig und doch zentral. Einkauf in wenigen Minuten, Schwimmbad über die Straße, Busverbindung vor dem Haus. Bergbahnen zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer kostenlose Bergbahnen und örtl. Verkehrsnetz. Saubere Wohnung mit guten Autostellplatz. Müllentsorgung einfach.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir, 3 erw. Personen, fanden eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit bereits bezogenen Betten vor. Die Küche bot alles, was man braucht. Mehrere Pfannen, verschieden große Töpfe. Ein Eierkocher, sowie ein 3-Mixgerät fanden wir vor, was durchaus nicht üblich ist. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Platz. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass es einen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gab. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Tiefgaragenplatz liegt sehr günstig neben der Tür. Guten Gewissens können wir diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung 48

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung in sehr zentraler schöner Lage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte vielleicht mal mit etwas modernerer Ausstattung versehen werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist mehr als reichlich mit Hausrat gefüllt, sodass es an nichts fehlt.

FeWo mit allem, was man braucht

Wir fanden eine gut ausgestattete, ruhige und doch verkehrsgünstige Wohnung mit guten Betten und schönem Wohn-Esszimmer vor. Auch in der Küche und im Bad ist an alles gedacht, vom Spülmittel für die Maschine und viel Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten. Sogar lesenswerte Bücher sind dabei.

Perfect appartement voor skivakantie

Hollandse familie met 1 kind (7 jaar) heeft genoten van dit ruime, goed uitgeruste appartement. Het appartement bevindt zich in een rustig gebouw in dito omgeving. Vanwege de gunstige ligging (recht tegenover bushalte en midden tussen de twee meest interessante skigebieden) heeft de auto een week lang in de garage gestaan. De inrichting is comforabel en de keuken geschikt om zoveel als gewenst thuis te koken. Bij een volgende vakantie in Davos keren wij graag hier terug!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Davos und näherer Umgebung. Haben uns in Ihrer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack komplett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wieder Davos, sehr wahrscheinlich im kommenden Winter, dann gerne in Ihrem Appartement.

gute, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohung ist sehr zentral gelegen: der Bus hält vor der Haustür. In wenigen Minuten fährt man mit dem Bus sowohl zur Parsennbahn, wie auch zum Jacobshorn. Das Auto braucht man nicht und kann man in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Der Bus fährt auch abends. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, anwesend. Wir waren schon zweimal da und kommen im Februar wieder. Wir wünschen uns in Davos keine andere Wohnung.
