Great Neighborhood with a community pool and playground. Mudroom, laundry facilities, fully equipped modern kitchen with lots of space for entertaining. Pet friendly property. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place and enjoy Lake Sam Rayburn.

I recently stayed at this lake house on Toledo Bend, and it was perfect! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.Peaceful setting made it a great spot to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway on the by the water.
