Now is your time to relax in one of 2 on-site pools. Our efficiency comes with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, wireless internet service, cable TV., and again, beautiful Gulf View with a private balcony! The picture really does not give justice to the incredible view. The grounds are immaculate with tennis courts, recreation areas, children's playground, BBQ Pits, paved walkways to the beach and parking right at your door. Just a short trip into town for great dining and shopping. We look forward to you enjoying Gulf View efficiency as much as we do!

This little condo has everything you need for a stay on the beach. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, plenty of kitchenware to make meals and the complex has a boardwalk to the beach right beside this building. It was perfect!

We live in Austin, Texas and found ourselves escaping to Port Aransas every chance we got. Since we enjoy it so much, it made sense to purchase our own piece of Paradise! Once we saw this unit, the view sold us and the pictures don't really do it justice. We are so pleased to be able to share our paradise with you and know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We looked all over the island to find a condo that fit our needs. The view, private balcony and immaculate grounds primarily attracted us to this unit/complex. While looking at other complex surroundings, it was clear the cleanliness and proximity to the beach is by far superior at Island Retreat, in comparison to other complexes on the Island. I as well like the close proximity to town, but the feel of complete privacy and quiet in the unit. Once we saw this, it was an easy and immediate decision to purchase!

What makes this property unique

Again, the view, private balcony and complex grounds make this property unique. Having a full kitchen at your disposal appealed to me as well. I love to cook and it also saves money on dining out!
