This newly renovated 2-bedroom condo is the perfect mountain getaway for families, couples, or friends looking to explore the beauty of Bartlett. Ideally located within walking distance to Attitash Mountain and the Saco River, you'll be surrounded by outdoor adventure in every season.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a cozy gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, a queen-size murphy bed for added sleeping space on the main level and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs features two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds (primarily suited for children), perfect for families with children. There's also a second full bathroom with a stand-up shower. In total, the property offers six beds.

Please note: There isn’t air conditioning downstairs. That said, there are wall fans and the space generally stays nice and cool. There is air conditioning upstairs, which helps cool the rest of the unit as well.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Let front desk know if any damage occurred
Turn of all lights, heat, AC, and gas fireplace
Check-out is required at front office and $40 deposit will be refunded with key card return
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Don’t rearrange the furniture. Kitchen table can be moved if murphy bed is being used, but please put back prior to leaving.

Our stay at Stephanie’s condo was wonderful. It is a beautifully renovated space with lots of detailed touches (labeled light switches, extra chairs, a good number of towel hooks, safety tread on the steps, nightlights, luggage rack, etc). The space was perfect for our group of five and would’ve been comfortable with a couple more as well (two bathrooms!). It was very clean and well prepared for us. The staff at check in were very kind and I even reached out to Stephanie a couple times with questions and she addressed them kindly and immediately. Love that it is a first floor unit! Parking is easy and the pool is great. Directly across the street from skiing at Attitash. I’d recommend driving the skis over, dropping them off and then easily leaving the car at the condo complex (so you don’t have to worry about ski parking filling up!) and walking thru the tunnel to get back to your skis and the mountain. Very easy! We’ve stayed in this complex in the past and Stephanie’s condo is the nicest we’ve seen! Thanks Stephanie - we hope to be back next year!

This condo was the perfect home base for our family ski trip weekend. It has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and up-to-date. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the hospitality center and across the street to the base lodge, which saved us so much hassle. The layout was ideal for us; our two young boys were thrilled with the bunk beds, and we appreciated relaxing by the gas fireplace after skiing.
