Immaculate, tastefully decorated Mexican style condo, in well maintained building. Lived in and loved by owner. Onsite restaurant with beach service. Corner balcony facing south and west allows for sunrise breakfasts and sunset dinners looking over the ocean. Markets, restaurants, shops and entertainment all within walking distance. Large rooftop saltwater heated pool with shaded area and lounge chairs, showers and bathrooms. In the old part of Puerto Vallarta, near the Rio Cuale and in the Zona Romantica. Approximately 2000 sq. ft of luxurious living space. Fall asleep to the lull of the surf. Bathed by the ocean breeze. Five minute walk to fully equipped gym with a/c. Overlooking pedestrian promenade (the Malecon). Wifi and Satellite TV. Washer and dryer in condo. No pets allowed in the building. Ideal for four occupants but a maximum of six. Daily maid service. Two elevators. 24 hour reception and security. BEST PLACE in Puerto Vallarta! Take a break from the cold.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and felt like it had been very well taken care of. Great location. Easy walking distance to the beach and fantastic restaurants. Seamless check-in and check-out.

Terrific stay in restful, beautiful place

Wonderful location right on the Malecon and the ocean (Banderas Bay with its many whales and new calves). Walkable to many excellent restaurants with ocean views. The condo is very spacious, and our wraparound deck great!

Lovely property

We had the best time staying at this condo. There is a wonderful view of the beach and the malécon is just steps away. We had pastries from the nearby French bakery every morning. We recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the old town.

Location and comfort!

This is a huge 2 br 2 ba condo, corner unit with a spectacular view on the Malecon. So much space for 2 adults and certainly room for more. The was very patient w my endless questions and the front desk folks are the friendliest and informative ever!

Excellent condo

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect and everything we needed was within walking distance. Plenty of great oceanfront restaurants and others just a short walk from condo. The condo pictures are accurate and we were very happy with how comfortable we were there. We really liked being able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony! Highly recommend this place to stay!

Lovely condo

Great location with amazing ocean views. Condo was well equipped; comfortable beds and very clean. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and liquor stores and anything else you might need. A couple of new restaurants have also opened since we last stayed in that area and a coffee shop is about to open just atound the corner.

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect because I think that the romantic zone is the best spot. We have stayed many times in Puerto Vallarta but it's the first time in the Romantic zone and next time, we'll stay in that area again. The beach is in front of the condo, many good restaurants and shops are in 5 minutes walking distance. As for the condo, I think that it's one of the best in the building with the magnificient view. It's it well decorated, clean, spacious and safe. The rooftop pool has a nice view and is worth trying. Thanks again to the owner.

Pictures don’t do it justice

I was there on an emergency trip. My 80 yr old mother had been admitted to the hospital. I needed a place that could offer her everything while she recovered. But, also a place that felt warm & like home. We had amazing views, a great kitchen to cook in, easy access around the building and centrally located so I was close to her hospital, shops, groceries but could still listen to the waves. Just perfect …..

Amazing Place!!

This was a last minute find for us after our Airbnb fell though literally as we arrived into town. We were panic stricken, but after finding this place it honestly made our vacation one of the best we’ve ever had. The location is prime, walking distance to all the things to be had in the romantic zone. The building is clean, well cared for and secure. The 24x7 security guard opens and closes the locked gate for you when you arrive and depart. The unit itself is very spacious, comfortable and inviting. It is more equipped than any other vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. The ice maker works and there is bottled water in the unit. While we normally tend to look at places to stay with a more modern vibe, this unexpected turn of events opened our eyes to how warm and inviting the old world charm of a unit like this has. We will be regulars at this location with our yearly trip to PV

To start, the unit was fantastic. The location was great, balcony was huge (it's a corner unit so the balcony wraps around the side). The common areas and bedrooms are extremely large, and kitchen is well equipped. We were there during the cartel events of late February, and the building staff was amazing. At no time did we feel unsafe, they were well equipped and reassuring and provided information when we needed it. What a lovely group of people especially given this was their country in turmoil. In addition to that, the owner was communicative and gracious to us during the mandated lockdown period, and let us stay while we sought other accommodations due to cancelled flights. I am beyond grateful to everyone and cannot recommend this unit more highly.

Fantastic Condo

Our stay was fantastic. Condo is a great size and even better location. Right in front of beach and promenade. Very secure and quiet building. Everyone from the cleaning maid, security team, and staff were friendly and inviting. Best location in Romantic Zone by far. We look forward to staying there again

Awesome location right on the beach & steps from Old Town!

We had a great stay at Susan & Mary’s place! The apartment couldn’t be located any better, right on the beach & 2 min to heart of Old Town. The apartment itself was super spacious & amazing corner unit with wrap around balcony with views of the beach/bay & hills overlooking PV. The staff was great - daily maid service & front desk so helpful with check in & helping us with COVID tests. Would definitely recommend this place!

wonderful condo in a great location

The condo is wonderful - very spacious and airy. We particularly enjoyed the wrap around balcony, which afforded our party different areas to read or gather. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda and looking at all the activity (people and birds!) in front of us. The condo is in the heart of the old town, with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.
