Overall we don't recommend this rental and will not return. Issues we encountered during our 3 night stay:1) Host provided key to enter building that did not work. Had to reach out to host to get a code to enter. 2) Apartment hallway access was blocked by a large appliance, still in a box, just outside unit- had to take elevator to the 2nd floor & carry our luggage up a flight of steps to gain entry. During the duration of our stay, the appliance remained blocking our entry and exit from the apartment.3) AC was barely operable. Did not cool the apartment to the temperature settings. 4) Sheets were polyester, possibly nylon blend. Not breathable fabric, combined with low functioning AC unit they kept us hot and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well during our stay.5) Bathroom shower has visible water damage and the ceiling is falling down! This makes the rental unsafe for use. Also lower part of the shower was chafing onto the shower floor. 6) Lighting is fluorescent, very institutional, bleak not homey at all.7) Furniture was flimsy and lightweight. 8) Apartment felt sterile. There were bare walls in the kitchen and dining area.9) Not very clean. Clump of hair on the bathroom floor, (not ours) & the towels had brown & black stains10) Just one nightstand, another is needed for other side of the bed.11) Kitchen hood vent fan was inoperable and light didn't have a bulb.Location was good & quiet. We felt safe overall, the kitchen & appliances were useful.
