We enjoyed our stay , great location and the house was clean and tidy . The outside area was ok but looked and felt a little old and unkempt - it could be made more comfortable to enjoy a meal outside, could have done with a once over before we arrived just to collect cob webs and dead bugs,swept all the area.However all bed/linen and bathrooms were very clean and tidy.“Kitchen was well equipped, we really appreciated the extra bits and pieces to help get us by. The lounge room/dining area was lovely and spacious for our group”

Amazing location and well appointed home

Lovely house , well equipped, comfy beds and couches. So nice to hear the sea from the bedroom. Fantastic location - across the road from the beach and walking/running track. Host was very generous with flexible checkin/out.

Gorgeous weekend for group of 5 paddling friends. The location is awesome across quiet room from the beach. The house is beautifully styled and generously appointed with lots of homey touches. Communication great. Thanks for having us.

Amanzi stay

Our youngest son was married at The Cove on Thursday and as we had quite a few of our friends and family coming from Victoria we thought it might be nice if we stayed on a couple of days in the area - our stay at Amanzi was excellent and gave us a chance to relax with walks on the so close beach and just hang at the house - it was wonderful

Beautiful family holiday

We had a family group of 10 people. The house easily accommodated us. The house was beautiful, the facilities were just what we needed. Really comfortable beds so everyone slept well. The location is amazing. Walk out the front door, cross the quiet street and you’re on the beach. A really lovely stay.

The perfect spot for a family get together.

Amanzi is a lovely home situated on the beachfront at beautiful Jervis Bay. It is thoughtfully set up for groups, particularly ideal for families with children. Amanzi is tastefully decorated with great charm and flair. The African theme is unique and was enjoyed by all and made our family reunion very special.

Lovely Easter break

We all had a great time at this property, all the bedrooms are as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need. The beach is just over the quiet street in front of the house. Beautiful.

Amanzi - Vincentia

Such a lovely family home - literally across the road from Collingwood Beach which we had largely to ourselves and the dolphins! The home was perfectly kitted out / laid out for us. Had everything we needed in a lovely and convenient location! Highly recommend Amanzi as a holiday spot! It was exactly what we needed!

Fabulous Stay

Our recent stay at Amanzi was wonderful and enjoyed by all! The beachfront location was fabulous and the house was comfortable and well-equipped and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed numerous BBQs out the back, breakfast and drinks on the terrace out the front and popping over to the beach for a swim or a game of beach cricket whenever the urge took us. Caroline was a fabulous host and set up a lovely Christmas tree for us, as well as leaving some welcoming Christmas goodies. I'd highly recommend Amanzi to anyone looking for a memorable beachside getaway with friends and family.

Best appointed VRBO I have ever rented!!

Place was lovely, clean with great layout and use of space.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils of every kind! Essentials of tea, coffee and some spices were provided.There were numerous throws to cuddle under while we gathered inside as the day cooled off.What keeps it from 5 stars straight across is listing says 3 bathrooms. There are only 2 and one is detached from all living areas in back of the garage. It worked fine for us but I did a search based on 3 baths so was disappointed.

Amazing Amanzi

Excellent home for a family get together well appointed great for all age groups we went from 1 yo to 90 yo. Super close to a family friendly beach and hosts were excellent and helpful.

Overall very good ,but fifth bedroom opened from outside and very small , bathroom access through the garden , a big disadvantage in the rain. Outside bathroom leak could not be fixed during our stay. Microwave set very high and hard to access for normal height people. A very positive thing was there were thee table settings in front,inside and in the back of the house .

Excellent location, well equipped kitchen and a choice of areas to share meal time.

Relax atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. We would book again. The bay is fabulous for wind surfing too.

Family Christmas at the beach

Perfect Summer beach house , fabulous location, comfy beds , well equiped kitchen with three excellent areas to have meals . We loved the hot water outdoor shower. Loved the fabulous walking track that goes for miles skirting the coast .. With several wet days a drying machine would have helped enormously . Overall thoroughly recommend

Never stayed so close to the beach! Great house, clean cosy and comfortable. Had everything we needed! All 3 families loved it! Caroline was super friendly and helpful, easy contactable. Will definitely come back again!

Great property with everything you need in an amazing location literally steps from the beach. Slept 7 comfortably but close quarters. There was everything we needed, we loved the great outdoor fire pit

Amazing Amanzi

Our stay at Amanzi was absolutely fantastic. We are an extended family of 12 and the property was so comfortable for all our age groups. The kids loved the toy baskets provided and it was so easy to.take them.to the beach which is literally at your doorstep. So many highlights at Amanzi. The beautiful decor, listening to the ocean sitting on front verandah having a coffee first thing in the morning ,roasting marshmallows in the evening sitting around outdoor fire pit and so much more. Caroline and Hilton made everything so easy for us. Nothing was a problem for them.and they made our stay so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property. Can't wait to come back.

Great Stay and Soo close to the Beach

Loved our stay here in Vincentia (really borderline Huskisson). There's the beach across the road, but a short ride away to other beaches along the bay. Well sized for families, and host Caroline was a pleasure to deal with, often responding in a matter of a few minutes to any queries. Hope to stay here again soon!
