Beach Chairs Set-up included March thru October! Two beach lounge chairs with cushions and a beach umbrella are included with your rental. These are provided at no charge and will be set up for you each day by the beach service on site.

Come and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches from our Summerhouse condominium. We have a gorgeous view from our 8th floor condominium! We are located in the "B" building which is the only building with the sunset view. The colorful sunset, white sandy beach and the emerald waters will be a view you will not forget.

Our condominium is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of home. We have recently renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We have constantly upgraded and maintained our condo to assure the perfect beach vacation for you and your family. You can enjoy the ocean waves from your private balcony leading out from the living room and the master bedroom. New mattresses provide the most comfortable night’s sleep. Three new HD flat screen tv's, a new full size washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen give you all the comforts of home.

Our balcony overlooks the beach as well as both courtyard pools, one of which is heated in the winter. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and a gazebo in the meticulously manicured courtyard too. The complex is very family-oriented. We have tennis and racquetball courts, a picnic area with tables and gas grills, a game room with 3 pool tables and arcade games, beach volleyball and shuffleboard. And if that was not enough, you can rent jet skis, parasail or ride the banana boat right out on our beach.

Our condo can sleep 8 guests. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom and also a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has HD internet ready flat screen TVs and DVD players. And of course we have free Wi-Fi in the room as well as by the pool and lobby areas..
