Attractive apartment close to Seine, metro, museums etc. nice and cool to come back to after a hot day. Kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom but would have liked a couple of hand towels as well as one bath towel each.

Thank you for the review. There were 3-4 hand towels which you have used so I am not to sure what you were referring to.
Nice place in a great location. Easy to book, easy to get around. All the clothing closets were locked so couldn't put any clothes away - just to be aware. Most other cabinets were locked also. Enjoyed our stay.

The closet opposite the entrance door is for the guest use.
You would find out that on the flat details sent to you prior to your arrival its clearly written that the closets opposite the bed and the top one of the kitchen are looked.
The bottom kitchen cabinets have all the necessary kitchen ware for your use.

Great location, nice place.
Nice little studio in the heart of the Marais, with easy access to markets, bus lines and metro. TV didn't work, but I wasn't in Paris for television viewing.

Ideal!!!!
The location and value was wonderful! We were about a three minute walk from the Metro and in a vibrant neighborhood . The studio itself was very quiet and secure. We were able to walk to the Louvre, the Shoah Memorial and Cathedral of Norte Dame. There is a great food market -Monoprix - in the same block as the studio ( it looks like a USA department store but there is a great grocery in the basement), a glorious pastry store a few steps from the studio and a great cafe restaurant ( you exit the apt complex , turn left and it is right bpnext door with an English speaking proprietor - Patrick - excellent food and open all day .we are looking forward to staying there on our next trip , it was a great deal for Paris!

Fantastic location!
We loved staying at this lovely studio! The location is amazing - very close to a Metro stop, the Seine river, a couple bike rental locations, and tons of charming cafes, bakeries, etc. Our favorite was a small bakery down the street, which had many delicious treats to try, plus to-go cups for our espressos. There's also a big grocery store around the corner. When we arrived in the morning, the apartment was being cleaned, so we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment, and walk about 10-15 minutes to Notre Dame. Very convenient location and lots of fun for us to explore the Marais area. Lana is a fantastic hostess, even calling me in advance to ensure my questions were answered. She also recommended some local bistros to us.
The apartment is in an older building in the Marais, and since you cross a courtyard to access this part of the building it's incredibly quiet inside. The apartment is on the first floor, which in Europe means one flight up from the ground level, and there is a convenient lift so that you don't have to lug your suitcase up the stairs. It is clean, has a couch, a small kitchenette, and a very comfortable double bed. Also, there is a very sturdy lock on the door, so security never felt like an issue. One small caution - there's no hair dryer, so if you need one, bring it with you.
At the end of our France trip, we returned to Paris for just one night before flying out of CDG, so didn’t meet Lana’s 3-night minimum stay. We stayed in a hotel in the Latin Quarter. The experience was fine, but we both agreed that staying in this studio was a much better experience (than a hotel) and a great base for exploring Paris. We’d love to stay there again if we return to Paris!
The flat is basically what you would expect from a studio in the Marais. Very quiet (although you can very clearly hear the neighbors when they are in the hall, which doesn't happen too much), in a nice residence. Well equipped, and a very good location. It is not huge, but comfortable.
Good experience overall, good contact with the owner.
Loved the easy Metro access and the walkability of this neighborhood. The flat is well-represented in photos. It’s a no-frills studio, accommodating two of us—but no more. Lana was a charming host and communicated promptly. We also recommend the corner restaurant Bouquet.
I enjoyed my stay. The owner is communicative and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The flat was just as described. Marais is a great area with lots of restaurants and shops and close walking distance from sights and the metro. Thank you!
Great stay.Very good area. The cafe in front good for food and drinks and very friendly people.Only down was getting wrong entry codes, which very helpful neighbours helped to rectify. I would return anytime.

It’s a pity you didn’t look into your emails. I have sent an attachment of the flat details. In this PDF sent to you you would find the entry codes to the building, the WiFi codes as well as all other details of the flat. Furthermore in my emailed I specified my phone number and clearly asked to contact me if any problem. Unfortunately you have chosen to contact the neighbors. You should all be aware that the Parisian neighbours are not fond of short let’s and by asking neighbours for help this may just add to further complains about short let’s. Please Ted and for all other emails and information sent is essential!
The property was exactly as advertised; a small comfortable, I clean, wonderfully located safe and secure studio apartment. We loved our stay.
It would have been perfect with access to one more closet for storage. It was pretty close to perfect. Communication with owner was excellent.
Overall this was a wonderful VRBO experience. The location was great, with many cafes and bakeries and other sites to see and experience nearby. The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable to stay in.
Lana (the owner) was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process, and leading up to our stay.

Superb location in the old Paris
This small flat is located between the Hotel de Ville and the Bastille, 2 minutes from Village St. Paul, in a walking distance from the Seine, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou and many other attractions. The neighbors in the other flats were very friendly and helpful providing us information. So were the manager of the local bistro at the same building were you can have an inexpensive breakfast.
The flat itself is pretty small (1 room) but well occupied. Unfortunately, all the closets were locked so there were no place to put our clothes and suitcase.

It is a studio - a studio is one room. ( We refer you to the studio description and photos).
We provide one cupboard for the guests use, we found the cupboard with quite a bit of your clothes and shoes as well as a note saying maybe the cleaners would like those clothes left in the cupboard.
As for flat information you have received a very detailed flat sheet providing all information needed, codes, flat location, etc. Would appreciate if you could Make use of it.
To summarize the cupboard is the same size as what you get in a 3 star hotel and the space of the studio is probably twice or triple as much as you will get in a 3 star hotel in the marais. The great advantage is you pay 130€ and not 250€ a night and needless to say we have let you have a late checkout with no extra cost.

Sweet studio in the Marais
We really enjoyed our stay in Lana’s apartment. It’s small but extremely well located, only a few blocks from the metro, Seine, and Places des Voges, with easy access to restaurants and shops just around the corner. Given its location, we were surprised by how quiet the apartment is—you wouldn’t guess that you were in the heart of the city! Lana was a pleasure to work with, extremely helpful both before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment and location
We loved the apartment. Perfect spot for a couple on holiday. Location was amazing and loved that we could walk anywhere and get a great meal, cup of coffee or even go to market. And the metro was so close! The 4th Arr is a perfect location to see Paris.

Ideal location in our favourite part of Paris
We know the Marais district very well and we couldn't have asked for a better location than Lana's apartment. Although it is in the heart of food and shopping district, the apartment itself is very quiet. The apartment is small, but it has everything you'd need for a stay. Unfortunately for us the washing machine was not working, but Lana left directions for where the laundromats are and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. It would have been good to have a bit more lighting in the room.
Lana was very good to deal. She was responsive and any queries was answered very quickly even though she was not in town.
Thank you Lana, Helen

Everything was as in the pictures and description and we enjoyed our stay there. One pleasant surprise was how good the mattress was, which allowed us to sleep very well and be refreshed for the next day.

Great location. Comfortable flat.
Lena’s flat was in an ideal location for me. The bed was comfortable, and I took advantage of the washer/dryer as I had been traveling for a while. St. Paul street has a number of interesting antique shops which I enjoyed exploring. Close to the Metro and the Seine.

Quiet apartment in lively, interesting and convenient neighborhood. Comfy and everything works!
This flat has everything you need. Convenient to many walking destinations and 2 Metro stops. Easy shopping, good restaurants, and interesting sites nearby. The flat itself was a spacious studio with the amenities we needed and they all worked! I’d go back.

Zentral und zuverlässig
Die Wohnung liegt extrem günstig, bietet alles, was man braucht und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.
Das Bett ist eher etwas kurz geraten (für Menschen mit 190 cm Körperlänge knapp).
