***NEW LISTING*** Approximately a mile from the water, The Audrey is a beautiful, three-bedroom, fully fenced-in property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes around the firepit.

The Audrey is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

The Audrey features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV.

Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds, the other has bunk beds, all have Smart TVs

The bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

We have a large, fully enclosed fenced-in backyard and a fire pit to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast breezes.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrances & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide an electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

While at The Audrey, you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

this property was everything promised. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and the location was convenient. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus as parking downtown can be a little tricky and the golf cart made it much easier.. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time and loved using the rechargeable golf cart every day. The house was extremely clean with lots of comfortable blankets and pillows. The yard is fenced in so the dogs give it a 5 star review also.

The house is beautifully decorated and so clean. We loved everything about this place. It was so comfortable, I hated leaving. The 2 sofas in the living room made it so comfortable to sit and visit altogether. The host was amazing and super quick to answer any questions. The golf cart made getting around so easy and fun. We can’t wait to visit again.

Absolutely loved staying here, the place was very clean, organzied and decorated very cute. We loved the golf cart and fenced in yard for outlr dog. It was amazing to have the water and ice worl in the fridge. The supply of soap, shampoo and other little necessities was so thoughtful. The kitchen was very organized and love the air fryer to use! We had a great time ans would love to stay again!
