Cute little house

I rented this place because it was really cute and it had 2 recliners for my husband and I to sleep. We were in town for a family reunion. Our place was a good central location for people to gather. Some items are needed in the kitchen to help travelers out. Like sugar, dry powdered creamer and dish rags for wiping down counters.

Great Spot in Custer

I loved the place. Kitchen was really nice. Bathrooms are small, but are just fine. My only complaint would be the queen beds were really shaky. Meaning if your partner even moved in the slightest, you will feel it. I ended up sleeping downstairs on the couch. Still, a great place to stay if your in Custer.

We wanted a base camp for a family of five to be able to explore all over the Black Hills area, including as far west as Devil's tower, as far east as the Badlands, and even down to Hot Springs. Custer was a beautiful little town with some nice shopping, great Custer State Park with a lot of variety, outstanding location near so many attractions, we loved it! We would absolutely return to this VRBO and recommended to friends and family. The owners were very responsive to the question we had upon arrival, and they were willing to come help if needed. There is another unit on the back end of the building, but we didn't hear them, and we shared parking space out front, which was no big deal.

Best place to stay in Custer!

This is the perfect location to easily get to all the fun attractions around Custer as well as being able to enjoy what the town of Custer has to offer. The house is close enough to the main street downtown that you can walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to be super quiet at night. The house itself is very well maintained and they have literally everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Location location location!

Home was perfectly situated to visit Custer state Park, Crazy Horse Monument, and both Jewel & Wind Cave. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was roomy and quiet. It could use a coffee table and some bedside lamps, but otherwise it was perfect.

Great central location. Stayed for 3rd Annual Mickelson Trail Trek. Very clean. Hosts were very accommodating. One suggestion: might consider putting some WD40 on bedroom door hinges for early risers. Wonderful stay.
