Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

Primary Suite #2 (Upstairs): King bed with a private ensuite bathroom with step in shower.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds and access to a private lanai
Bedroom 4: Two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king with a gel topper provided, also with lanai access.
Additional Sleeping Option: A rollaway bed can be arranged for an 11th guest (best suited for a child).

The airy, open-concept main floor features a kitchen, dining area, great room, and spacious lanai with BBQ.
The dining table seats 8, with room for 4 more at the kitchen island and another 4 at the lanai table.
The great room offers plenty of seating for games, music, movies, or relaxing after a day in the sun.

For your day at the Beach

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

This home includes a pair of adult eBikes for guest use at no extra costs which is rare for vacation rentals. Additionally there are a couple of kids bikes along with helmets and locks.

The bikes are great for exploring the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
