Cadair Cottage consists of two romantic luxury spa cottages in the Hunter Valley, NSW, AU. There are two identical and magically secluded cottages on 10 acres with magnificent valley views of the Hunter River. (please also view Cadair Cottage 1 at https://www.stayz.com.au/holiday-rental/p9006208 - the reviews against this cottage are legacy reviews from Stayz and refer to both cottages) Tastefully separate and secluded to ensure ultimate privacy for your stay, you can enjoy your complimentary bottle of Hunter Valley wine as you sit in the outdoor spa and soak up the views of the valley, or study the stars at night. The cottages are 15 minutes to the start of the vineyards. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one fold away bed Available on request, sleeping a maximum of 5 people. The outdoor spa is absolutely luxurious and will ease away all the aches and stresses of modern day living. Towels and linen are provided. All guests must be booked in at time of reservation. There is a minimum booking of two nights - three nights on long weekends and over Christmas.

Firewood is provided for the indoor fire from the beginning of May through to the end of September.
We allow pets.

Maitland Vale Road, Rosebrook.
10 minutes drive from Maitland, and 15-20 mins from Lovedale and the heart of Wine Country.
Cadair Cottage owns and operates "Wine D Road Tours". Please ask us about your wine tour or concert transfer requirements
Only 2hrs from the heart of Sydney
Local Attractions
Scenic flights and ballooning are 10 minutes away.
The historic craft and antique town of Morpeth is approx 20 mins drive, and The Barrington Tops National Park is approx 45 mins - 1hr away.
Opera in the Vineyards and other events at Wyndham Estate, 20 mins away.
Cancellations.
As a very small and boutique business, late cancellations often result in empty cottages, which has a significant impact on our business. The booking and cancellations policies stated here, will apply in all situations. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware of the Stayz terms and conditions of using the online payment system regarding loss of the full deposit if you cancel your booking.
If less than 14 days, 100 of monies will be forfeited. If you do not arrive or stay for the entire number of nights that has been booked no refund will be given.
Change of dates – must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Date changes cannot be made within 30 days of arrival.
All damages, including those inflicted by pets, must be paid for.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was perfect. We loved our stay thoroughly and the highlight was watching the stars from the jacuzzi. Our dog loved the big garden. We saw too late that we could have booked a massage in-house. What a great idea. Highly recommend for a weekend away from the hussle and bussle.

This cottage was the pefect getaway for our wedding anniversary. The spa and fireplace was a great setting during winter. Having the place allowing our puppy made this choice even better. Simone and Dan were very helpful and I would recommend Dans wine tour - he knows his wines and we had such a fun group.100% recommend when choosing a place to stay in the Hunter Valley.

Great cottage in the Hunter Valley

This cottage was a great place to stay for visiting the Hunter Valley. Comfortable and warm, set in a great rural location surrounded by lovely gardens. Fences secure but probably a little low to let the dog roam without supervision as he is a bit of a jumper. Was a nice place to stay.

So peaceful. Only suggestion we can make is replace bbq igniter ( small thing but was annoying to light) and shade over spa for summer. Was super hot and got burnt in sun. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

This place is perfect if you’re looking to getaway to relax and enjoy the beautiful views that Maitland has to offer. My girlfriend and I came down to for weekend to celebrate her birthday at hunter valley and we were extremely happy with all the features the property had to offer.

We couldn’t fault this accommodation. The cleanliness was perfect and proof that you can have a very pet friendly house which is immaculate. Plenty of firewood supplied. Great outdoor spa, comfy bed and finally a secure yard for little dogs!

We loved this place and will definatley be back. Our pet sitter had an emergency and the hosts were more than happy for us to bring our peta along. Beautiful property immaculate inside and out the spa was very very clean no smell which was great, amazing backdrop lovely and quiet😊😊😊, the only downside or is was bed was too hard, replace that and that would improve the stay for next time. Also flyspray in cupboard would be much appreciated due to persistent flys even though were careful not to let any in. Looking forward to our next stay. Beautiful accommodation 😊😊
