Beautiful "Claremont Studio" Apartment

Nestled away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful part of Orange is “Claremont Studio” apartment.

Freshly painted, new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this apartment a fresh and modern feel. "Claremont Studio" apartment is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence and has one modest sized bedroom (including built-ins and a queen-sized bed); a fully equipped laundry (including washing machine and dryer); kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge & a coffee machine!); a bathroom as well as a generous sized lounge room. There is also a small private garden courtyard with outdoor table/seating and a small wall clothesline.
"Claremont Studio" apartment has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. There is a lock-box (if required) to collect your key & complimentary wi-fi is available.

We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay).

"Claremont Studio" apartment has a Minimum stay of 2 nights. Situated near Wentworth and Duntryleague Golf Clubs, this property is suited to visitors coming to Orange for a variety of events such as Wine Week; Food Week; Australian National Field Days; sporting tournaments as well as the working professional seeking a “home away from home”. With a bus stop at the end of the street, it is only a short trip into town.

Bec & Ben were very welcoming hosts. The studio was spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. We have stayed at many places over the last 9 years coming to Orange, some large for all the family and others just for two. My stay at this property was excellent. There were some really lovely personal touches all the way through from check in to check out, and the hosts were a delight to deal with. Fabulous stay. Ben and Bec were excellent hosts - the apartment was warm when we arrived. Amenities were first rate from the laundry facilities, the kitchen to the bathroom with fluffy soft towels.
